POS-type solutions for retail shops, or even wholesale businesses with online updates to and from your BackOffice software (ERP).
The system consists of a server (Ram Retail Server RRS) and one or more clients (Ram Retail Client RRC).
O Ram Retail Server (RRS) takes up the communication between the clients and the BackOffice and the Ram Retail Clients (RRC’s). It transmits updates to clients (shops or portable POS's) and it updates the Back Office (E.R.P.) with the documents created by Ram Retail Clients (RRC’s).
Should there be a connection between the central server and the POS (point of sale), there will be a constant flow from the POS's. Should the connection be disrupted, the POS continues the documentation and during a reconnection the central server is updated without any intervention. From the server to the POS, the flow can either be programmed or upon request from the Ram Retail Client (RRC).
It is essential that Ram Retail Clients (RRC’s) can cooperate with handheld devices with either Windows or Android (PDA). They can be used for documentation, inventory-checking etc. The software expands with portable documentation and wireless ordering with the addition of a web server. In this case, the portable client devices can be updated and update the Ram Retail Server (RRS), with the help of a 4G connection, which in turn will update your BackOffice.
