In order to better understand the systems that have been installed in Dairies and Cheese Factories, we will briefly list the cycle of sorting and managing milk, from producers to final consumers:
Initially, milk is received by producers through “Milk Selection Management”. The amount of milk is collected and recorded in our software. The application is designed to work in direct collaboration with ERP. The ERP records the routes of the tanks, the collection stations (ice packs) with the different types of milk, the producers, as well as the drivers and the tankers. The application is cloud based, is informative and is designed to inform executives involved in the milk market. Also available in individual version (to inform the producer).
During the sorting of milk in ice packs, a sample is taken. At the same time, barcodes are created with the “Chemical Sample Management” app, so that each quantity of milk corresponds to the producer and the sample. Then, the samples are analyzed in the chemistry and the results are recorded on oursoftware for the chemistry. Producers are informed about the quality of their milk, as well as their financial data, as far as Dairies are concerned. Following is the pricing of milk through oursoftware for the chemistry, depending on the quality and quantity of the product.
As far as distribution is concerned, RAM ltd has developed aManagement of producers, ice packs and tanksweb app, where the distributors operate as wholesalers and buy the milk from Dairies, which they distribute to the necessary spots. Information about the sales reach back the Dairies' database, while the distributoprs can manage their own sales, by having their own subscription on theManagement of producers, ice packs and tanks app.
All of this with the use of "Ram Employee Presence" (RAM EP) for an automated management of the staff.
